Foster Arend Park is located on the North side of Rochester, MN near the corner of 37th St NW & E. River Road at address: 4000 E River Rd NE #55906, Rochester, MN 55906.

From the Twin Cities Area: Come south on HWY 52 to Rochester and take the 41st St/37th St Exit ramp. Go across 41st St from the ramp light staying right up to the 37th St. light. Turn left (East) on 37th St NW. Go east on 37th St to the 5th set of lights. Turn left on E. River Road going north. Foster Arend Park is on the left side. 

From South of Rochester: Take HWY 63 north through Rochester until you come to 37th St N. Turn left and then a short distance turn right on E. River Road. Foster Arend Park is on the left side.
