ATTENTION: 

This race is sanctioned by USAT, and non USAT members will need to purchase a one day membership for $10. 

USAT Members:

USAT Members must verify membership at packet pick-up by showing both their current USAT annual membership card AND a Photo ID. Members that do not show a current membership card and photo ID will be charged and additional $10 and will need to sign a waiver and show a form of picture ID. 

Non USAT Members:

All participants 18 years and older who do not have a valid USAT membership must pay a one time event fee of $10.00. This can be paid while registering online, or at packet pick-up. If paying at packet pick-up, bring $10.00 and a photo ID. Non USAT members will need to sign a USAT waiver at packet pick-up.

All non USAT racers under the age of 18 MUST be annual USAT members at a cost of $5.00 per year and register at (http://www.usatmembership.com/default.aspx) before the race.

Fees for USAT license not included in race entry fees. The USAT 1-Day license can be purchased online via Active with your online registration. Be sure to print the waiver and bring it with you on packet pickup day.

Registration and Packet Pick-up:  Registration will be online through Active.com.  Packet pick-up will be on Saturday, June 28th from Noon until 6 p.m. at the Rochester Running Room and Sunday 5:30 a.m. - 7 a.m. on Sunday at Foster Arend Park.  If there are still slots available, we will allow registrations on Saturday, June 28th at packet pick-up.

Refunds

If for any reason you cannot compete in the race, we will give you two options on how to handle your registration fee:

    1. We will give you a 50% credit of your entry fee to apply to the following year's registration.

   2. For a $15.00 fee you can transfer your entry to someone else.

All entry credit and/or transfer requests must be received by June 1st, 2008 (with payment if applicable) in order to allow time for processing. Requests should be made in writing and mailed to:

Please include your contact information in your request. If you are transferring your race spot to another person, please download and complete the registration form for the other person to list their information and be sure that they sign the liability waiver at the bottom of the form. Incomplete requests will be returned. A reply acknowledging your request and the action taken will be mailed to you (and to the other individual if applicable) within two weeks of the receipt of your request.
