Phillippo Dirty Triathlon & the Scout's 5K Trail Run

Announcing our newest multisport event coming in 2010.  

This Xterra-type off-road triathlon will challenge you in a much different way than a road triathlon. Phillippo Scout Reservation located on Lake Byllesby in Cannon Falls, Minnesota provides a fantastic setting for this event. Phillippo Scout Reservation has a great set of trails located in the bluffs on the south shores of Lake Byllesby. The trails are a mix of flat grassy terrain, dirt trails, and a few steep climbs through the treeline. The trails are filled with many places to pass (double-track). 


Date:  Postponed until 2010. Scheduling issues. Want to make sure this event is 1st Class when we do it. I have high hopes for it to be a top-notch off-road tri.


We have two events happening together: The Phillippo Dirty Tri & the Scout's 5K Trail Run


Phillippo Dirty Triathlon:   500 meter Lake Swim, 15 kilometer Mountain Bike, 5 kilometer trail run.

Scout's 5K Trail Run: on the same trail as the triathlon.


Start out with a 500 meter Swim in Lake Byllesby. Wetsuits per USAT Rules!
